The G force pressure that was experienced was something that NASA were eager to limit. The prices of memory foam mattresses can vary greatly depending on the density of the memory foam. The higher the density, usually the greater the pressure-relieving capabilities. Some of the discount models on the market will have less that 4lb density, which is hardly enough to notice the benefits of the memory foam, and will not be your best option especially if you suffer from back or hip problems.
